" Sea Gate Elementary is definitely a red carpet school! Every year keeps getting better and better and that holds true for the 2017-2018 school year! Be Safe, Be Respectful, and Be Responsible are values that are visible throughout the school. The Sea Gate Staff is very dedicated to ensuring that each and every student has a wonderful learning environment that allows them to thrive academically and socially. I can say, without a doubt, that I have the best team of educators in the state! The Sea Gate PTO continues to organize and support the traditions that have made Sea Gate such a special place. The Thanksgiving Feast, Grandparents’ Week, Spaghetti Dinner, and the Walk-a-Thon are some of the activities that help to build such a strong sense of community. This year, Hurricane Irma’s impact definitely brought the Sea Gate community closer together as we helped and supported one another regain and rebuild lives that were impacted. It is this kind of dedication and support from all stakeholders, that has continued to help Sea Gate maintain and “A” school for the past 17 years. I am overwhelmed by the amount of support this community provides to our students. It is truly admirable! Every child at Sea Gate has a special place in my heart and the hearts of ALL staff members. We know that we have laid a great foundation, and I am excited to hear what the future holds for our students! "
