" Welcome to Big Cypress Elementary…Home of honest, kind, and responsible BOBCATS. I am honored to be the interim principal at Big Cypress Elementary. We are a school with dedicated students, parents, and staff. Our students and staff are committed to our school vision: “The BCE family is committed to an environment where all students are empowered to explore, motivated to learn, determined to succeed, and prepared to lead.” At BCE, we are devoted to high quality teaching and learning that supports the success of our students in reaching high standards of performance. At BCE, we also strive to create a safe, welcoming learning environment, that encourages all our families to be an active part of our school community by taking advantage of every opportunity to participate in our School Advisory Council (SAC), our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), and our family activities, such as Book Fair, Harvest Festival, Holiday Shop, Ice Cream Social, and Bobcat Walk.
