| POTENTIAL TROPICAL CYCLONE 4 (PTC4) |

| Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) is actively monitoring the tropical system (PTC4) that is currently in the Caribbean. The National Weather Service in Miami has placed coastal Collier County under a Tropical Storm warning due to potential impacts to our area during the weekend.

| Out of an abundance of caution, all activities and leases scheduled at CCPS schools and district sites will be canceled starting at 12:00pm on Saturday and will be canceled all day on Sunday. All CCPS sites will be closed during this time.
|
| |
| We will continue to monitor the storm throughout the weekend for any changes in the expected timeline. If there is a need for additional cancelations into Monday, the District will provide an update using all communication methods.
